Ingredients

  • 1-1.25lbs haddock fillets
  • 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tsp garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp capers
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Place haddock in a sprayed baking dish
  2. Combine butter, mustard, capers, lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic salt in small bowl
  3. Broil haddock for about 10 minutes
  4. Brush the butter mixture on the fish during the last 3 minutes of cooking
