Ingredients

  • 2- 8 oz Halibut fillets, skin removed
  • olive oil
  • salt + pepper
  • 1 packet store bought hollandaise sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh chopped herbs such as basil, parsley or cilantro

Instructions

  1. Brush halibut fillets with olive oil
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Grill fillets for about 5-6 minutes per side depending on thickness or until opaque
  4. Prepare hollandaise according to packet directions
  5. Add herbs to the mixture
  6. Serve sauce over the fish or on the side
