Fresh
Herb Hollandaise
Summary:
2 Servings
Ingredients
2- 8 oz Halibut
fillets
, skin removed
olive oil
salt + pepper
1 packet store bought hollandaise sauce
3 Tbsp. fresh chopped herbs such as basil, parsley or cilantro
Instructions
Brush halibut fillets with olive oil
Season with salt and pepper
Grill fillets for about 5-6 minutes per side depending on thickness or until opaque
Prepare hollandaise according to packet directions
Add herbs to the mixture
Serve sauce over the fish or on the side
