Recipe: Hot Crab Dip
Ingredients
1 stick of butter
1 spanish onion (diced)
1 green bell pepper (diced)
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp Tabasco
2 oz of lemon juice
2 lbs of Backfin or Special crab meat
1 lb of cream cheese
bread crumbs
Instructions
Sautee butter, onion, pepper
Add flour and make a roux
Add tabasco, lemon juice
Then, add crabmeat and cream cheese
Mix all very well
Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle some bread crumbs on top and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
