Swordfish
with Cilantro Lime Butter
Summary:
2 Servings
Ingredients
2 - 6 oz. Swordfish Steaks
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. Light Butter
2 tbsp.
Fresh
Cilantro
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
Instructions
Season steaks with salt and pepper
Grill steaks for about 5 minutes per side
Combine butter, cilantro and lime juice
Divide butter mixture into 2 parts
Place 1 part on each steak just before serving
